Job summary

Redis Ltd. is seeking a Principal Enablement Manager, Agentic Enablement to build the operating system behind modern GTM enablement.

You will design and administer just-in-time enablement workflows, establish measurement infrastructure, and partner with leaders to drive adoption and AI-assisted operations. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, requiring strong program management, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to shift enablement from calendar-driven to signal-driven

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in GTM enablement or related fields.
Experience building enablement programs, systems, workflows, and processes in a complex B2B tech org.
Ability to develop measurement frameworks connecting skills, behaviors, and program adoption to outcomes.
Experience with enablement technology, CRM data, learning systems, and analytics platforms.
Experience supporting executive-level events and high-visibility programs.

Responsibilities

Build and operate just-in-time GTM enablement across the tech ecosystem.
Translate priorities into targeted enablement experiences at the moment of need.
Define intake, design, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement processes.
Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing, Product, Revenue Ops, and regional leaders.
Maintain enablement technology roadmap, governance, data quality, and access control.
Surface enablement recommendations based on role, stage, and pipeline context.
