Job summary

Redis is hiring a Principal Enablement Manager, Agentic Enablement to build the operating system behind modern GTM enablement at Redis. You’ll design just-in-time workflows, measure field competencies, and drive AI-assisted execution across Sales, CS, Marketing, and regions.

The role blends strategy with hands-on program design, governance, and measurement to move enablement from calendar-driven to signal-driven operations. You’ll partner with leaders to accelerate adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GTM enablement, enablement operations, or related fields.
• Experience building enablement programs and working in a complex B2B tech org.
• Ability to develop measurement frameworks linking skills to business outcomes.
• Experience with enablement technology, CRM data, LMS, or analytics tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Systems-thinking mindset with scalable, repeatable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate just-in-time GTM enablement workflows.
• Translate business priorities into targeted enablement experiences at the moment of need.
• Define intake, prioritization, design, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement processes.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Ops, and regional leaders to deliver enablement.
• Define and maintain the enablement technology roadmap including integrations and governance.
• Create scalable mechanisms for surface enablement recommendations by role and context.
• Develop measurement reporting for readiness, adoption, proficiency, and revenue impact.
• Support SKO and major GTM moments with content and coordination.
• Enable AI adoption with governance and role-based learning.
