Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Data & AI GTM Specialist to build the campaign execution arm that activates the field when a meaningful signal is detected. You will turn signals from seller conversations, product data, and competitive moves into structured, sequenced campaigns that reach the right sellers and customers within minutes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end signal-to-activation mechanism; define signals, campaigns, updates, and closed-loop tracking
• Design targeted activation campaigns with context-aware messaging to right sellers and customers
• Extend GTM signal synthesis to campaign execution for direct field motion
• Create cohort-based targeting by journey stage and pipeline; tailor asks per account
• Ingest and normalize signals from diverse sources (seller conversations, prompts, blockers, data)
• Use AI to derive signals and execute at scale; mine inputs and convert to activation
• Operate agentic AI that mines signals in real time and auto-generates activations
• Collaborate with Finance/Sales Ops to surface top signals stalling deals and prioritize actions
• Partner cross-functionally to align campaigns with product priorities and field capacity
• Define reporting requirements for activation impact and blocked pipeline
• Measure and optimize campaigns against pipeline, conversion, velocity, and revenue influence
• Continuously improve mechanism with experiments on thresholds, targeting, messaging
