Pacaso is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead, Performance (Contract), to own paid acquisition and a structured testing program. You will be embedded in a small growth team, building campaigns, launching tests, managing budgets, and reporting results daily.

You’ll collaborate with lifecycle, creative, analytics, and web partners to push the boundaries of AI-enhanced marketing. The role requires hands-on execution, strategic input, and a track record of managing sizable ad spends across multiple

Formación

• 4+ years in growth and performance marketing, executing campaigns personally.
• AI fluency and daily use of AI tools for analysis and briefing.
• $1M+ lifetime ad spend managed personally across multiple platforms.
• Experience with high-consideration, long-cycle purchases such as real estate or premium services.
• Lead generation optimized to CRM outcomes, not just form fills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute paid acquisition across channels and manage budgets to target CPL and tour costs.
• Build AI-native campaign processes and testing workflows with a cross-functional team.
• Run and report A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics.
• Set up offline conversions to optimize for qualified leads, tours, and sales.
• Lead creative testing briefs and measure concept performance to inform scale decision.
• Test new channels with a portion of budget and assess incrementality before scaling.
• Provide weekly performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
