ReversingLabs is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to join its Marketing team. You will drive paid media, email, and landing page initiatives in a remote USA setting, leveraging AI tools to accelerate campaigns and improve performance.

The role focuses on enterprise cybersecurity buyers and developers, with scope across ABM, content promotion, events, and product-led growth. You’ll own multichannel campaigns, CRO experiments, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale successful strategies

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing campaign execution.
• Hands‑on experience with paid search and paid social advertising, especially Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience executing email campaigns in a marketing automation platform and creating/modifying landing pages in a CMS.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with marketing data, and campaign reporting (GA4).
• Familiarity with AI tools and ability to write effective prompts.
• Experience with ABM, growth experiments, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
• Build multichannel email campaigns and nurture workflows for enterprise buyers.
• Create and optimize landing pages; run CRO experiments and track results.
• Apply SEO fundamentals and GEO considerations to campaigns and pages.
• Track performance across paid media, email, and web; maintain dashboards and attribution.
• Implement AI‑enabled workflows and document reusable prompts and automations.
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, design, and operations teams.
