Gusto, Inc. is building a world-class Growth organization within its Insights & Operations (I&O) team. This IC-first role starts by tackling high-leverage Growth problems, grounding decisions in data, and expanding to own the operating bridge between Growth and the broader GTM organization.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and CRO leadership, with potential to build and lead a small team. The role emphasizes AI-driven planning, synthesis, and reporting to automate workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Experience shaping growth initiatives in a high-growth tech company.
• Strong analytical approach to growth, attribution, and LTV.
• Ability to influence across Growth, Product, and GTM teams.

• Identify and size high-leverage Growth opportunities with data-backed analyses.
• Build and maintain an operating rhythm and shared roadmap across Growth R&D, Product R&D, and GTM.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Growth leadership with a clear, opinionated POV.
