Gusto, a leading people platform for small businesses, is seeking a GTM I&O Lead to own operating infrastructure, planning rhythms, and cross-functional programs that scale GTM. You’ll work with GTM leaders, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to translate ambition into execution.

You will join Gusto's Insights & Operations (I&O) team, shaping end-to-end routes-to-market and owning outcomes with accountability. Strong PM, analytics, and AI thinking are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, revenue/GTM operations, consulting, program management, or product management in high-growth tech companies.
• Craft depth in one or more go-to-market disciplines such as sales, marketing, partnerships, or pricing & packaging, or equivalent experience in revenue analytics/finance.
• Strong program management skills with end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Operational excellence including roadmaps, metrics/OKRs, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Analytical rigor with data-driven sizing of opportunities and informing senior decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across sales, marketing, partnerships, product, finance, and operations.
• Ownership mindset with ability to handle ambiguous problems at any level.
• Change leadership to guide teams through transitions with clear communication.
• AI-Native Mindset to integrate AI into workflows for smarter systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own the operating rhythm for routes to market—roadmaps, OKRs/targets, planning, and weekly/quarterly reviews.
• Launch and manage cross-functional programs end to end, driving clarity and urgency.
• Lead fiscal-year planning with concrete goals, owners, and timelines.
• Own performance-lever workstreams: analyze, identify growth opportunities, and drive cross-functional action.
• Pilot AI-augmented approaches to program management and design reusable automation patterns.
• Partner on Gusto-wide efforts and other high-impact cross-functional programs.
