Job summary

Jiffy is seeking a Senior Business Manager to own marketing and business projects that influence P&L. You’ll translate initiatives into execution-ready plans with full marketing coverage, leading AI-driven campaigns across site, lifecycle, paid and organic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 to 8 years in e-commerce, growth, business operations, strategy or consulting, or a general-management track, including direct experience working on an e-commerce business.
• Hands-on marketing execution: built lifecycle flows and executed paid campaigns.
• P&L literacy: understand levers that move revenue and margin.
• Written requirements for engineers or vendors and management of designers/production vendors.
• Regular use of AI tooling with at least one reusable workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design lifecycle flows in our CRM tool with segment, trigger, cadence, and email content outlines.
• Build and run the promotion calendar with offers and segment allocations.
• Run giveaways and sample programs from spec to readout with distribution plans.
• Plan and launch paid support for initiatives, including audiences, creative angles, pacing, and metrics.
• Create site and go-to-market assets, landing pages, and SEO-driven content.
• Write briefs and tickets; manage cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
• Own weekly performance reads: channel ROAS, lifecycle performance, and promotion results.
