Jiffy is seeking a Business Manager to drive AI-first marketing and GTM execution for an apparel-focused D2C business. You will own lifecycle flows, promotions, site and landing-page updates, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, customer service, and content teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• P&L literacy without ownership: understand drivers of revenue and margin.
• Hands-on marketing execution: built at least one triggered lifecycle flow and one paid campaign.
• Experience providing inputs to promotion or retention across channels.
• Experience managing designers or external vendors to deliver results.
• Regular use of AI tooling with at least one reusable workflow.
• Ability to read and defend numbers in spreadsheets.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects to launch.
• Excellent written communication, including delivering challenging news to senior stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Hybrid work from Dallas or Irvine office.

Responsibilities

• Design lifecycle flows in CRM with segment, trigger, cadence, and campaign copy specs.
• Build and run the promotion calendar with offers, coupons, and segment targeting.
• Run giveaways and sample programs from spec to readout with required assets.
• Plan and launch paid media for initiatives within existing budgets.
• Write site and GTM content that engineers can implement without meetings.
• Harden initiatives with clear requirements, owners, and KPIs, tracked in Jira/Confluence.
