Cofertility is seeking an AI-native growth contractor to accelerate member acquisition. You will run experiments across channels, test new tactics, and measure impact on downstream conversions. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and a focus on fast, data-driven decision making.

You will own end-to-end experiments—from hypothesis to launch to results—while collaborating with our Head of Marketing and broader teams. Prior startup experience is a plus.
