The Associate Growth Product Manager will identify growth opportunities, turn them into structured experiments, and own them end-to-end—from hypothesis through launch, analysis, and recommendations—working with clients, designers, and engineers in a remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Experience with data-driven growth and experimentation.
• Ability to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with DTC/e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, and client-facing work is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and turn them into clear hypotheses and experiment specs defining what we’re testing, why, for whom, and how we’ll measure success.
• Build & Launch: Use Formula’s tools and AI agents to create and launch landing pages, variants, lifecycle campaigns, and other growth experiments.
• Analyze experiment performance and translate results into clear recommendations and next steps.
• Manage experiment backlogs and priorities across client accounts from idea through launch, measurement, and follow-up.
• Communicate clearly with clients and collaborate with account managers, designers, engineers, and other team members to turn insights into action.
• Learn from each experiment and use insights to improve future tests, processes, and client strategy.
