Cofertility is seeking an AI-native growth contractor who thrives on experimentation to accelerate member acquisition across channels. You will own testing, use AI tools to optimize content and placements, and tie results to downstream conversions. This is an independent contractor role reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Independent contractor, ~60–100 hours per month, at $100–$130 per hour, with you setting your own schedule.

• Strong ownership and data-driven decision making.

• We need step-change growth and you’ll be on the forefront of testing new ideas to unlock and accelerate new member acquisition.
• Use innovative methods, AI tools, and new market tactics to accelerate testing and evaluation.

• AI-native and always experimenting, staying ahead of the latest tools and platforms.
• Comfortable innovating across channels, making paid channels work in new ways through content, delivery, and placements.
• A fast, test-and-learn operator who measures success criteria and ties results to downstream conversion, taking ownership end to end.

Details:

• Ongoing independent contractor role reporting to the Head of Marketing, with monthly scope reviews.
• Estimated 60-100 hours per month with a rate of $100-$130 per hour, and you set your own schedule.
