Postscript is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to own the entire funnel from awareness to revenue in a fast-growing AI-powered marketing platform. You will lead paid media, product-led growth, and cross-functional teams to scale pipeline using rigorous, experiment-driven methods and AI-native tools.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with marketing and engineering, a strong emphasis on experimentation velocity, and equity opportunities as part of a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in marketing, growth or engineering, or as a founder
• Deep performance marketing and paid media experience at scale
• Quantitative fluency: you do your own analysis and know attribution and incrementality cold
• AI-native: you use AI tools daily and have built and shipped things with them
• A track record of high-velocity experimentation that moved pipeline or revenue
• A builder's bias for action: you'd rather ship a prototype Friday than debate a strategy doc for a month
• Creative instincts: you know great growth starts with ideas, not just optimization

Responsibilities

• Own the growth funnel and pipeline targets across channels
• Lead paid media strategy, budget, and channel experimentation
• Oversee Postscript.io as a product and drive new experiences
• Drive distribution through email, SMS, community and partnerships
• Build AI-powered growth experiments and ship them rapidly with measurable impact
• Lead and grow a cross-functional growth team and optimize processes
