Qualifications

• Strong full-stack fluency with production-quality experiments and internal tools.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with growth and outbound platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, funnel analysis, instrumentation, and data-driven optimization.
• Systems thinking to connect product, marketing, and GTM infrastructure into scalable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead growth engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap across acquisition, activation, conversion, and expansion.
• Build and mentor a high-performing growth engineering team.
• Scale sales and marketing through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
• Architect and own systems powering campaign automation, lifecycle journeys, and audience targeting.
• Develop AI agents that accelerate campaign creation, onboarding, and cross-sell motions.
• Launch full-stack growth experiments and interactive assets to drive pipeline and referrals.
