Job summary

Serval, an AI-native automation platform, is seeking a growth marketing lead. You’ll design and run multi-channel campaigns that cut through noise, spark curiosity, and drive demand across the funnel, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into real-world campaigns.

You’ll own end-to-end execution for email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars, write scalable playbooks, and work with Sales to align campaigns to top-priority accounts and pipeline goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in growth, demand generation, or ABM marketing for enterprise B2B SaaS.
• Experience designing and running integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure, learn, and optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Decide which integrated campaigns to run and how they come to life.
• Own end-to-end execution for email, direct mail, landing pages, and webinars.
• Partner cross-functionally with design, content, blogs, video, paid ads, and PR.
• Write repeatable campaign playbooks that scale across audiences and stages.
• Collaborate with Sales to align campaigns to priority accounts and pipeline goals.
• Run multiple campaigns in parallel with tests and scalable bets.
• Track performance and use insights to inform future campaigns.
