Job summary

AIOS is hiring a Senior Media Buyer (Paid Search) to scale Google Ads across the UK and Europe. You will own day-to-day management, craft compliant ad copy, and drive multi-geo growth while maintaining CAC within target bands.

This fully remote, async role reports to the Head of Performance and collaborates with CRO and creative leads. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Google Ads with direct hands-on spend, a DTC background, and a proven track record of scaling across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Google Ads experience with £1M+/month spend (or USD equivalent).
• Demonstrated DTC ecommerce scale and CAC/LTV awareness.
• Ability to forecast, report weekly, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads accounts day-to-day; UK core now, EU expansion later.
• Push spend while maintaining CAC within target bands and achieve top ad placements.
• Maintain compliance with ASA/CAP and GLP-1 advertising rules; ensure feed and landing page quality.
