Qualifications

• 4-5 years of digital marketing experience; 3+ years in an agency setting.
• Hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels.
• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and PM skills.
• Ability to derive stories and insights from data beyond the numbers.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance marketing strategy and execution across marquee accounts.
• Maintain QA to prevent errors affecting client revenue.
• Monitor budget pacing and advise on changes.
• Develop recommendations across channels and surface opportunities/risks.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage testing roadmaps and project next steps.
• Apply attribution, measurement frameworks, and channel best practices.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Coach junior staff and contribute to team ceremonies.
• Leverage AI to enhance workflows and integrate nova ecosystem tools.
