Job summary

Starcom is seeking a Paid Search Supervisor to lead strategy, execution, optimization, and growth of paid search programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will act as the primary day-to-day client lead, oversee performance, budgets, forecasting, feed optimization, and drive innovation with AI and automation.

The role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on measurable business results across Google Ads, SA360, Shopping, and Performance Max.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Strong understanding of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, taxonomy and data quality.
• Experience with feed management platforms (Feedonomics, Productsup, DataFeedWatch, Channable or similar).
• Advanced analytical skills with forecasting, budget management and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and present strategic recommendations.
• Experience mentoring teams and familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of integrated paid search strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Serve as primary client contact for day-to-day paid search operations and strategic recommendations.
• Develop quarterly business reviews, planning roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue, and account performance through optimization.
• Oversee campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Guide keyword development, audience targeting, bidding, ad testing, and landing pages.
• Own feed strategy and optimization across Google Merchant Center and other platforms.
• Monitor feed health, taxonomy, and data quality to maximize Shopping performance.
• Develop budgets, pacing plans, and performance forecasting; deliver actionable reports.
• Champion adoption of AI/automation in campaign workflows and test new features.
