Nerdy seeks a Senior Director of Performance Marketing to own end‑to‑end paid media across Google and Meta, managing an 8‑figure budget with AI‑native workflows. You will build campaigns, landing pages, and CRO experiments with rapid iteration and minimal handoffs, reporting directly to leadership.

You are a technically minded builder who thrives on personal responsibility, collaboration with Product/Engineering/BI, and pushing AI‑driven marketing to new frontiers while delivering measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands‑on paid media experience with ownership of >$10MM annual spend.
• Proven end‑to‑end campaign building without external agencies.
• Top 1% AI‑native marketer using AI in copy, landing pages, and automation.
• Proficient with AI‑native tools to ship landing pages and reporting.
• Strong quantitative fluency and attribution modeling experience.
• Deep understanding of CRO and conversion optimization.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, and BI.
• Self‑starter who scales via AI and tooling, not headcount.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy and end‑to‑end execution across Google and Meta.
• Build and iterate ad creative, copy, and landing pages with AI tools.
• Run CRO experiments on landing pages and funnels independently.
• Maintain performance dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
• Design automations for bidding, reporting, and campaign operations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and BI for tracking and integrations.
• Manage channel budgets with founder‑level ownership.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI tools to keep the motion at the frontier.
• Report performance and roadmap directly to leadership.
