Job summary

Viktor is an AI-native product company rapidly standing up paid acquisition as a core discipline under the Head of Performance Marketing. You’ll own Google Ads from Day 1 and operate the account hands-on, with Search, Performance Max, YouTube, and the full stack.

Day-1 operator, Day-180: the operator this account can't run without. You’ll work with AI tools to compound output, running tests, landing page experiments, tracking, and reporting to drive pipeline and CAC improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience at a web-based SaaS or ecommerce company.
• Able to manage end-to-end campaigns and measure impact on pipeline.
• Strong data mindset and experimentation discipline.
• Comfortable with AI tooling to automate and amplify results.

Responsibilities

• Run Google Ads accounts hands-on with Search, PMax, and YouTube.
• Execute landing page experiments and optimize conversion paths.
• Set up measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Lead weekly tests with hypotheses and document results.
• Collaborate with Lead on budgets and priorities.
• Provide weekly spend and CAC reporting with data over narrative.
