Job summary

Chase is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager in Cards to steer multi-functional technology programs that impact experiences across the firm. You will lead complex projects, manage budgets and cross-functional teams, and apply AI capabilities to accelerate planning and reporting.

In this role, you will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive policy development, and champion continuous improvement while navigating ambiguity and aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management for large organizations.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations and escalate when uncertain.
• Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and handle high-pressure environments.
• Superior stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with goals and overseeing execution while managing resources, budgets, timelines and risks.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive-ready reporting; ensure compliance with data sensitivity requirements.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, clients and teams; define decision-making processes for beneficial outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization and adopting best practices; stay current with emerging technologies.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and ensure human review and alignment to delivery standards.
