Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an experienced IT leader to own and scale the IT organization, including Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology. You will define the strategy and roadmap for internal technology to enable growth across office, manufacturing, and data center environments globally.

You will manage multi-year IT initiatives, drive AI-enabled automation, oversee IAM and asset lifecycle, and steward budgets and vendor relationships while building a high-performing team

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations and enterprise systems.
• 5+ years leading multi-function IT or enterprise technology teams.
• Experience owning Service Desk, Systems Engineering and Enterprise Technology.
• Strong ERP and enterprise systems at scale with IAM, device management, APIs.
• Proven ability to hire leaders and scale teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or data center settings; SOX/SOC 2 compliance.
• Excellent budgeting, vendor management, and AI-enabled optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own global IT operations, service delivery, SLAs, and metrics.
• Lead Service Desk, Systems Engineering, and Enterprise Technology with Director-level reports.
• Manage enterprise systems portfolio (ERP, CRM, Supply Chain).
• Define multi-year IT roadmap and align stakeholders and tech teams.
• Champion AI adoption to automate workflows and increase capacity.
• Oversee IAM, MFA, SSO, and IT asset lifecycle.
• Develop and manage annual IT budgets and vendor performance.
• Direct IT buildouts for new locations and establish change governance.
