Job summary

Publicis Groupe seeks a Globally focused data strategist to define how diverse data assets are integrated, governed, and activated through AI within Publicis AI solutions. You will deliver actionable business and marketing intelligence across markets.

This role requires experience shaping data strategy, governance and AI-enabled insights in a multi-market environment, with a focus on impact and leading change across regional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data strategy, analytics strategy, or marketing intelligence.
• Expertise across media, transactional, attitudinal, and first-/third-party data ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, and analytics strategies.
• Experience in global or multi-market environments.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global data strategy for Publicis AI across data sources.
• Establish frameworks for sourcing, integration, enrichment, and activation of data.
• Configure, build, test, and operationalize data workflows across MRCL and platforms.
• Align data strategy with model development, GenAI use cases, and platform capabilities.
• Lead design of data taxonomies, ontologies, and signal frameworks.
