Job summary

Publicis Sapient seeks a Senior Principal, Data Strategy to guide clients through data-driven transformation across the globe. You will accelerate DDT strategy in partnership with digital directors, client teams, and capability leaders to deliver measurable value.

You will define data-driven learning agendas, drive adoption of data platforms, and act as a trusted client partner, ensuring data flows support planning and activation across brands and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong data and data-driven marketing knowledge, able to interpret client business/technical requirements, and support in translating these into learning agendas and strategies.
• Knowledgeable about data types, sources and partners, and leveraging data for activation and measurement.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex digital concepts.
• Architect innovative digital marketing strategies and integrated solutions.
• Ability to establish and grow senior client relationships and drive account growth.

Responsibilities

• Define the Digital, Data and Technology learning agendas.
• Align data strategy with measurement frameworks and secure client approval.
• Define audience framework and data strategy for each brand and portfolio.
• Grow DMP and CDP use in data-driven use cases and campaigns.
• Provide data thought leadership and collaborate with partner agencies.
• Lead implementation, measurement and activation of data-driven use cases.
• Act as data tech SME and client steward to optimize data ecosystem.
