Publicis Sapient in North America seeks a Senior Principal, Data Strategy to accelerate data-driven transformation for global clients. You will define learning agendas, data strategy, and activation across brands, partnering with Digital and strategy leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will lead data partner evaluation, CDP/DMP adoption, and cross‑agency collaboration, shaping education programs and advancing data-driven marketing at scale.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of data and marketing data; translate requirements into learning agendas and strategies.
• Ability to leverage data types, sources, and partners for activation and measurement.
• Proven storytelling and communication skills to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Architect innovative digital marketing strategies, and foster a learning culture across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition of data-driven learning agendas and use cases for technology.
• Secure client buy-in for data strategy & measurement frameworks and drive adoption.
• Define audience framework and data strategy for brands; tap into data partners and first/second party data.
• Lead education programs for Data for internal and client audiences; drive data-driven marketing solutions.
