Hiya Inc. is seeking an FP&A Analyst to own forecasting models, OPEX budgeting and company dashboards critical for leadership decisions. You’ll partner with GTM, Product, Engineering, and People teams to keep planning accurate and aligned while exploring AI to speed up processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, or related field.
• 1–2 years in an analytical role (internships and relevant projects allowed).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills with financial modeling and dashboards.
• Daily user of AI tools with judgment to verify outputs.
• Solid budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience.
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis with AI-assisted QA.
• Own OPEX budgeting and actuals reporting with monthly variance reviews.
• Own company dashboards including SaaS metrics and GTM/AI ROI analysis.
• Support headcount planning with People and department leads.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives and leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/automation across reporting and forecasting.
