• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related business field.
• 7+ years of experience in finance, financial planning, business operations, or related roles.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to develop governance and performance frameworks.
• Support annual Budget, strategic planning, and quarterly forecasting for the LR Division.
• Develop understanding of divisional businesses, operating models, and value drivers.
• Translate financial and operational information into insights and actions for senior leadership.
• Develop business cases for key investment priorities and governance.
• Drive financial insight and strengthen controls and forecast accuracy.
• Lead initiatives to improve reporting, analytics, and decision support.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and analytics to improve efficiency.
