Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI and data-driven transformation across finance functions. You will build credible client relationships, define AI-first roadmaps, and lead data initiatives with governance and responsible AI at the core.

You will bring 3+ years in AI/data strategy consulting, strong program management skills, and the ability to drive complex workstreams across large-scale finance delivery projects. Travel up to 80% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space including Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis, Client Assessments, Roadmap, Requirements Gathering, Responsible AI, leading tech driven transformations

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data led business reinvention
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on how to infuse AI, GenAI and data into business processes and Finance capabilities
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets, AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside as well as cost-takeout opportunities)
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities
