Job summary

Accenture is seeking an analytical finance professional to join our Planning & Performance Analysis capability in the United States. You will design and implement FP&A and EPM solutions, turning financial data into forward-looking insights and driving automation and AI-enabled planning for banking, insurance, and capital markets clients.

You will gather requirements, configure models, test logic, and deliver client-ready outputs across dashboards and executive summaries, while supporting go-live

Qualifications

3+ years in finance transformation, FP&A, or EPM implementation in a consulting, services, or corporate finance context.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Build and configure planning, forecasting, and reporting on leading EPM platforms under a workstream lead.
Configure FP&A workflows, including automated scenario generation and variance commentary.
Develop driver-based planning models, scenario logic, and variance analytics for clients.
Gather requirements via interviews and sessions, translating them into designs and specs.
Produce client-ready deliverables: docs, dashboards, and executive summaries.
Support testing, training, and go-live stabilization.
