Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-graduate experience for Director; 8+ years for Senior Director.
• Proven project management and workstream leadership with finance transformation.
• Experience in AI-enabled process automation and process redesign.
• Deep knowledge of finance and accounting practices, governance.
• Excellent teamwork, client-facing and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to clients and FTI offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Finance Transformation projects across finance function design and optimization.
• Manage client relationships with proactive communications and deliverables oversight.
• Provide market-informed perspectives on finance orgs and trends, incl. AI.
• Deliver high-quality work and present client deliverables to drive solutions.
• Identify opportunities for value creation across Finance and G&A functions.
• Support development of new tools, playbooks, and AI accelerators.
• Identify business development opportunities and participate in pursuits.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
