Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Director, Finance Systems Strategy and Transformation to lead the evolution of the Finance technology stack, data architecture, and AI-driven automation across AP, Procure-to-Pay, AR, GL, and FP&A in a global enterprise.

You will own the multi-year transformation roadmap, partner with data engineers and enterprise architecture, drive governance and KPI tracking, and mentor 1–3 analysts while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years in finance transformation or enterprise technology leadership
Experience evolving finance tech stacks for AI/automation
Hands-on with core finance platforms (NetSuite, Certinia, Concur) and ecosystem tools

Responsibilities

Lead Finance transformation across front/middle/back-office domains
Own multi-year transformation roadmap for AI and automation
Manage complex programs from concept through hypercare with measurable outcomes
Partner with process/data engineers to improve finance processes and reduce manual work
Document business requirements and translate leadership goals into tech solutions
Evaluate build vs buy and drive value realization through vendors and platforms
Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security to ensure governance and compliance
Define KPIs and report benefits across initiatives
Provide day-to-day coaching for 1–3 direct reports
