Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space with data strategy, talent strategy, value case development, data management, data analysis, and roadmapping.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery experience in Finance processes, functions or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on infusing AI, GenAI and data into Finance processes.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization, including tech blueprint, data strategy and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy delivery.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
