Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help clients reinvent with AI, GenAI and data initiatives. You will shape vision, build client credibility, and define strategies to create data assets and AI capabilities across industries.

You will manage workstreams, lead large-scale delivery, and drive business impact including ROI while embracing Responsible AI and ecosystem partnerships. Expect up to 80% travel and a dynamic, collaborative environment at Accenture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4+ years AI/Data Strategy experience including data management, analytics, and governance.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting.
• 4+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client facing skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor for AI/data integration.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build assets and technologies.
• Assess maturity of AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for AI-first organization and operating model.
• Create business case, investment plan and roadmap including revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap; plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
• Ability to travel up to 80%; travel as needed based on client expectations.
