Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy with data assets, governance and ROI modeling.
• 3+ years of high-value consulting or internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years in large-scale finance processes, functions or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience minimum.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for AI, GenAI and data-driven business reinvention.
• Build client credibility as trusted advisor on AI and data in finance.
• Define and structure AI/data strategy to optimize data assets and platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Create building blocks for AI-first org, including technology blueprint.
• Develop business case, ROI and roadmap with revenue upside and cost takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
