Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to drive AI and data strategy for finance transformation. You will build client credibility, define roadmaps, and infuse responsible AI while delivering data assets and platforms across enterprise functions.

Role requires 3+ years in AI/Data strategy, governance, and large-scale finance delivery, plus a bachelor's degree. Travel up to 80% is expected; a master’s degree is a bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space (enterprise data strategy, data management, governance).
• 3+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 3+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery in finance processes, functions and/or systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI and data‑led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor for AI, GenAI and data in business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy; build data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Create blocks for an AI-first organization including tech and operating model.
• Develop business case, ROI, and roadmap for strategy with revenue upside and cost takeout.
