The Senior Manager of Technology Finance at Brobston Group leads forecasting, reporting, and finance systems modernization. You will partner with senior Finance and Technology leaders on strategic planning and executive reporting while guiding a team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities include setting priorities, driving long-term planning and monthly close, and modernizing reporting with Oracle Fusion and other tools; coaching and developing staff and promoting effective finance

Competenze

8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
Experience leading, coaching, and developing individual contributors and advising senior leaders.
Hands-on experience with Oracle, including SmartView, and Workday.
Experience with finance transformation, scalable driver-based financial models, budgeting, and long-range planning.
Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred. Strong Excel, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Mansioni

Set priorities with the Senior Director of Technology Finance and support long-term planning, annual budgeting, and executive reporting.
Lead end-to-end forecasting, monthly close, and management reporting for Technology.
Modernize reporting and automate financial models using Oracle Fusion and other appropriate tools.
Coach and develop a team of finance subject-matter experts and collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Sourcing, and Technology.
Promote effective use of AI and establish finance processes, governance, and standards.
