Job summary

TRG is seeking a Finance Systems Lead to drive strategy, operations, and modernization of enterprise Finance applications. You will partner with Finance leadership, IT, vendors, and service providers to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes AI-driven innovation, digital transformation, and end-to-end accountability for technology deliverables across major programs, with influence-based leadership across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in IT, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years supporting enterprise applications, Finance systems, or ERP.
• Experience with SAP or other enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including execs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading through influence and collaboration with tech and business teams.
• Identify risks, mitigation plans, and drive issue resolution.
• Focus on continuous improvement and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, maintenance, and lifecycle of Finance applications.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, and SLAs.
• Manage incident, change, and release processes.
• Coordinate upgrades, testing, deployments.
• Drive continuous improvement in user experience and efficiency.
• Partner with Finance and IT for tech roadmaps.
• Communicate program status, risks, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams on enhancements and integrations.
