Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Technology Finance in Seattle, hybrid. You will lead a team of finance professionals, shaping forecasting, budgeting, and executive-level reporting in a fast-moving tech environment.

You will modernize ERP-driven reporting on Oracle Fusion, build scalable financial models, and own the close and MBR cadence. Strong leadership, Oracle/Workday expertise, and AI-minded insights are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with Oracle (including SmartView) and Workday required; Coupa and Alteryx strongly preferred; Anaplan preferred.
• Experience leading reporting or finance transformation — building scalable, systems-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and shape Technology forecasting process end-to-end and build a repeatable playbook.
• Lead monthly close and MBR reporting for Technology; champion AI in forecasting and reporting.
• Build and automate forecasting models across Labor, Non-Labor, Capital, and Depreciation.
