Job summary

The Senior Manager of Technology Finance at Brobston Group leads forecasting, reporting, and finance systems modernization. You will partner with senior Finance and Technology leaders on strategic planning and executive reporting while guiding a team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities include setting priorities, driving long-term planning and monthly close, and modernizing reporting with Oracle Fusion and other tools; coaching and developing staff and promoting effective finance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing individual contributors and advising senior leaders.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, including SmartView, and Workday.
• Experience with finance transformation, scalable driver-based financial models, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Bachelor's degree; Finance or Accounting preferred. Strong Excel, communication, and executive presentation skills.
