Broadridge Financial Solutions in New York is seeking a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision support across the Engineering and Technology organization, including Corporate Engineering and BTCS.

The role blends strong financial acumen with leadership to build scalable processes, drive automation, and deliver insights to senior executives, partnering with Engineering, Technology, and Finance leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A, corporate finance or related experience.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex financial planning processes.
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Expert-level Excel skills and proficiency with FP&A tools.
• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Ability to lead large-scale planning and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering and segment technology labor CoE, including forecasting for 2,000+ Engineering FTEs and contractors.
• Own end-to-end AWS forecasting for the segment with senior leadership alignment.
• Collaborate on forecasting for technology software, data center expenses, and other key areas.
• Review and present consolidated monthly reporting, forecast packages, and plan presentations.
• Lead investment process reporting and track technology investments and initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to evaluate strategic initiatives and support data-driven decisions.
• Lead monthly close activities ensuring accurate expense recognition and capital treatment.
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor within the Technology Finance group.
