Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Director of Data Science to lead Finance Transformation, Analytics and AI initiatives in a hybrid NYC environment. You will partner with Technology, Business, and Finance to elevate centralized reporting, forecast accuracy, and decision insights across the organization.

The role requires 7–10 years in data science with at least 3 years in cross-functional initiatives, and deep experience with finance data, ERP, and MLOps.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in data science/analytics, with at least 3 years leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with finance leadership and translating needs into data science solutions.
• Experience with financial data, reporting processes, and enterprise financial systems (ERP, planning, or reporting).
• Strong skills in statistics, forecasting, experimentation, machine learning, Python, and SQL.
• Experience deploying and monitoring data products or models in production with governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a data science roadmap for financial systems aligned to finance priorities.
• Partner with finance leadership to identify high-value opportunities and define success measures.
• Lead analytics, forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation across financial workflows.
• Collaborate with financial systems and engineering to integrate data and deploy solutions.
• Establish standards for data quality, model validation, access controls, and responsible AI.
• Coach and develop a high-performing data science team across stakeholders.
• Measure financial/operational impact and present findings to executives.
