Accenture PLC is seeking a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead transformation for Fortune 500 clients. You will blend F&A expertise with fluency in AI, agentic technologies, and modern ERP ecosystems to drive deals from origination to completion and build CFO-level relationships.

You will own the deal lifecycle, shape value propositions, and deliver deep domain knowledge across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A. Travel may be required as client engagements demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component.
• Minimum 5 years deep domain experience in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A Sales and Practice — Own the full deal lifecycle from pursuit and origination through shaping, oral presentations, workshops, co-design, and project execution for global enterprise clients.
• Drive CFO-level relationships — Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CAOs, and Finance leadership, influencing strategy and generating new opportunities.
• Design AI-first Finance solutions — Apply agentic AI, intelligent automation, and ERP technologies to reinvent F&A operating models with clear value outcomes.
• Shape compelling value propositions — Translate complex transformation programs into commercially clear narratives to win client CFO confidence.
• Deliver deep domain expertise — Act as a specialist in at least one F&A tower, leading process re-engineering and AI integration.
• Set the thought leadership agenda — Contribute to market-facing viewpoints on Finance Reinvention and AI in F&A.
