Job summary

Accenture seeks a Finance Reinvention Senior Manager to lead large-scale F&A transformations for Fortune 500 clients. You will sell, shape, and deliver end-to-end programs, building CFO and CAO relationships while applying AI and ERP technologies to reinvent operating models.

The role requires deep F&A domain expertise across PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A, and a track record of closing significant managed services deals. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years in large-scale F&A transformation with a sales component.
• Minimum 5 years in PTP, OTC, RTR, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead F&A sales and practice across the full deal lifecycle.
• Build CFO and CAO relationships to generate opportunities.
• Design AI-first F&A solutions and modern ERP integration.
• Shape compelling value propositions for large managed services deals.
• Provide deep domain expertise in at least one F&A tower.
