> 10 years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice of a consulting firm or equivalent
> 7 years of management experience and experience leading teams and projects of varying size and complexity
> 7 years of working in complex, matrixed environments or across multiple businesses

Responsibilities

Involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity; plan, organize, staff, direct day-to-day operations; implement policies.
Drive P&L and strategic value; identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver large- and small-scale consulting projects to advance outcomes.
