Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring/termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.
• Drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise through the portfolio of projects; identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver large and small-scale consulting projects.
• Own engagement deliverables, resources and outcomes within the portfolio; manage in a matrixed environment.
