Job summary

You will participate in portfolio projects, coach teams, and help shape deployment of the enterprise strategy. The role requires 5 years in strategic planning or related healthcare/business work and 2 years of consulting experience, with potential preferences for 6 years in payer/hospital care.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years in Strategic Planning or related healthcare/business work.
• 2 years of consulting experience.
• 6 years in payer, hospital system, or care delivery.
• Experience influencing change in complex systems.
• Travel 0–25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support key strategic initiatives across Enterprise.
• Develop strategic plans for the Enterprise and key units.
• Support identifying and resolving complex issues for initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of initiative impacts with overall strategy.
• Help develop standard analytics and processes for initiatives.
• Shape the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
