Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Applications leader to own the global corporate applications portfolio and drive an AI-enabled transformation across ERP, HRIS, and CLM. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic roadmaps, reduce technical debt, and scale AI-driven efficiencies across finance, HR, and procurement.

You will mentor a global management team, promote AI-forward governance, and ensure compliant, secure deployment of AI tools while advancing Yahoo's business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 15+ years in enterprise applications or corporate IT leadership.
• 10+ years leading managers and global cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record scaling enterprise portfolios in high-growth environments.
• Experience implementing AI-driven efficiencies within corporate functions.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and lifecycle of Yahoo's global corporate applications portfolio.
• Lead transition to AI-augmented workflows and automate procurement, forecasting, HR self-service.
• Implement AI-driven diagnostics and observability to monitor health and predict bottlenecks.
• Foster experimentation with AI tools and automated testing to accelerate delivery.
• Define multi-year roadmap balancing debt reduction with intelligent workflows.
• Partner with executives and teams to drive business impact.
