Job summary

Yahoo is seeking a seasoned leader to own the strategy, architecture and lifecycle of Yahoo's global corporate applications portfolio (ERP, HRIS, CLM, etc.), and to drive AI-enabled procurement, forecasting and HR self-service.

You will partner with C-suite leaders, lead a global team of managers, and shape a multi-year roadmap balancing technical debt with intelligent workflows, while ensuring compliant AI usage across corporate systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field is mandatory.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications or corporate IT leadership.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing managers and global, cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of scaling enterprise-wide application portfolios in a high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing AI-driven efficiencies within corporate functions.
• Experience with prompt engineering or structured interaction with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Glean, Gemini) for productivity and data synthesis.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy, architecture and lifecycle management of Yahoo's global corporate applications portfolio.
• Lead AI-driven modernization and oversee AI-assisted workflows and forecasting.
• Define multi-year roadmaps and align with data and security standards.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate roadmaps into measurable business outcomes.
