Yahoo is seeking a Senior Manager, HR AI Strategy & Governance to define where AI adds value across HR and oversee governance, reviews, and roadmap prioritization. You will mentor a direct report and collaborate with HR leaders and technical teams to scope complex solutions while providing hands-on support when needed.

You’ll drive responsible AI practices, security, and data protection, aiming for measurable ROI and improved HR workflows across the organization.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in HR tech, product management, or workflow automation.
• Experience creating AI/automation roadmaps and evaluating use cases.
• Experience with AI governance, privacy, compliance, or risk reviews.
• Knowledge of LLMs, automation tools, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Workday and data platforms like BigQuery/GCP.
• Ability to explain AI capabilities, limits, and risks to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience collaborating across teams and managing priorities.
• Proven track record of improving workflows and adoption of new tools.
• Past management experience or readiness to lead people.

Responsabilidades

• Set direction for HR’s AI roadmap.
• Identify priorities and develop a clear AI roadmap.
• Assess use cases by value, feasibility, risk, and timing.
• Define and manage the use-case backlog and governance.
• Define measures of adoption, impact, and ROI.
• Manage AI governance for HR intake and reviews.
• Coordinate legal, privacy, security, and compliance reviews.
• Maintain standards for responsible AI, data protection, and model performance.
• Serve as primary contact between HR and governance partners.
• Guide AI and automation solutions and partner with HR teams.
