Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced FP&A/Finance leader to own the renewals business, forecasting, reporting, and churn analysis. You will partner across Sales Operations, Renewals, and Data & Analytics to drive data-driven decisions and growth.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled analysis and executive-level storytelling. You will work with Salesforce/CPQ, Clari, Anaplan, and BI tools, shaping multi-year pricing and renewal strategy while ensuring forecast accuracy and strategic alignment with

Qualifications

12+ years in FP&A, GTM/Sales Finance, Strategic Finance, banking, or consulting.
Proven SaaS/subscription experience with renewals forecasting, uplift and churn analysis.
Advanced Excel/Sheets modeling; SQL; Python a plus.
Experience with AI tools to enhance analysis and productivity.

Responsibilities

Own the renewals forecast — STR, on-time renewal rates, uplift, expansion, churn/contraction.
Reconcile to ARR and revenue plan; explain variances with drivers.
Drive retention analytics and reporting for GRR, NRR, logo retention.
Partner with Sales Operations and Data & Analytics to build a taxonomy for churn drivers.
Apply AI to scale impact and automate recurring reporting and commentary.
Support Deal Desk on renewal structures, pricing, and multi-year strategies.
